Siiviis Gallery + joyinfused22 Earrings donate to the St. Louis River Alliance

Have you met Terry? If you have, you’ll remember it. He is a gentle, kind, and very thoughtful person who is always trying to find ways to help his community out.

Now until September, all proceeds from Terry’s joyinfused22 earrings at Siiviis Gallery will be donated to the St. Louis River Alliance.

Terry makes his earrings out of paper, wood, bark, cones, hammered metal wire… He hand harvests dead branches, always looking for interesting colors and features. Then he cuts slices, hand sands them, and finish with oil and beeswax or water-based polyurethane. What comes from it is a unique, beautiful piece of art.

A life-long Duluthian, he is still thankful to be living here. When Terry began making his creations, he knew right away that he wanted to gift proceeds from his sales to situations (Ukraine & Palestine relief), and local organizations and individuals in need of financial support.

Fortunately, Amanda Clark, the new owner of Siiviis Gallery in Canal Park, wanted to partner with him, to raise both awareness of and monies for, local organizations doing important work like St Louis River Alliance. Stop in and treat yourself to his art and thoughtfulness!

About Siiviis Gallery

Supporting Local Artists Since 1995

In 1995, Sivertson Gallery expanded to a second location when Siiviis (named after Severin Sivertson’s retired fishing boat) opened in Duluth’s Canal Park waterfront district. Ships from international waters arrive in Duluth from March through December and can be viewed right outside the gallery’s front windows.

In 2020, Sivertson Gallery celebrated 40 years of business and Siiviis marked its 25th anniversary year. We thank our amazing artists for their work, and thank our inspired staff for sharing beautiful art with others.

In 2022, Siiviis was transitioned to new ownership when Amanda Clark took over and rebranded as Siiviis Gallery. Amanda brings fresh energy to a thriving Duluth artistic community, and Sivertson Gallery and Siiviis Gallery will continue to work together showcasing the best artists in the region.
