The DNR is seeking public feedback on the draft 2024 Remedial Action Plan Update for the St. Louis River Area of Concern. The update summarizes pollution cleanup and habitat restoration progress in the last year and tracks progress on specific projects that are important for reaching our delisting targets. A “red line” version of the document that shows changes from the 2023 document is available upon request.

The document is available for public review and comment until Dec. 16, 2024.

This document provides progress from 10/1/23 to 9/30/24 and program updates. Request a “redline” version from matthew.steiger@wisconsin.gov or send him comments by noon 12/16/24.
