After taking a year off, we are more than excited to be hosting our Annual St. Louis River Alliance Canoe Trip!
To keep things safe, we will NOT be having a picnic this year and will have to limit participation, but we do plan to paddle part of Woodstock Bay in Superior, WI.
Join the St. Louis River Alliance on Saturday, August 7th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We will meet and launch from Woodstock Bay Primitive Boat Landing. Come explore one of the routes from the newly designated St. Louis River Estuary National Water Trail.
There will be experts to speak on river safety, canoe basics, location information and a St. Louis River Area of Concern Coordinator to share about projects happening in the estuary. This is a great opportunity for both experienced and non-experienced canoeists to explore the beautiful river!
Please carpool if possible, as parking is limited. The event will be held rain or shine. However, if the conditions are unsafe we will cancel.
